Return Policy

1. NH RAINBOW reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

2. In the event of a default in the product or a problem in sizing, exchanges will be made, but courier charges will be borne by the customer.

3. Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

4. Personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear, etc as well as Items on Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
